When you use our "Request a quote" or "Book a consultation" forms, or contact us directly, we collect the information you provide, which may include:
Your name, email address and phone number
The property address and details of the service you're enquiring about
Any other information you choose to include in your message
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
To deliver and manage any services you go on to book with us
To send invoices and handle payment
Occasionally, to follow up about our services if you've enquired before — you can ask us to stop this at any time
Our legal basis for this is that it's necessary to take steps towards a contract with you, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Our own staff and subcontractors, where needed to carry out the work you've booked

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations (including accounting and tax records, typically 6 years), after which it is deleted or anonymised.
